Please, understand that this is not a “give me a build for soloQ and/or teamQ” topic, this is about rating these builds in order to decide which ones are more suited for soloQ and/or teamQ (assume a random team composition even in teamQ).

Vee Wee recommends celestial rifle build with grenades for solo Q because Skyhammer! Vee Wee also recommends Elixir S over Elixir Gun because Skyhammer!

Vee Wee recommends P/P build for team queue because Vee Wee also uses that build for team queue. Except Vee Wee uses Adventurer Runes for dodges. Vee Wee would also recommend taking vigor instead of prot injection for the celestial build for dodges! Dodges are key! If you don’t dodge then this will happen!
