Flesh Golem’s pretty easy to kill if you target/focus it, the problem people have is they target the other player and ignore the flesh golem.
Pets vary, a bird type pet is fairly easy to kill too but can be a pain with its flying about, on the other hand a bear can take some time to kill.
My view on those 3 is its worth targeting the Flesh golem and birds and killing them. The bear, just keep moving around well focusing Ranger, the bear will never hit you.
AI pets/summons become increasingly useless the higher you get in the leaderboard is my experience, so they are only a problem to new players or players who ’don’t fully grasp GW2 mechanics’ etc…

Flesh Golem has base 13k HP, roughly 2.8k toughness, and deals about 500 DPS. Even when traited he isn’t really that difficult to kill if you focus him, if the Necromancer isn’t clerics build.
