Which is the easiest PvP class?
Warrior.
Shoutbot, rezzbot, old hambot, axebot, condi macebot in order strength and probably even in order easyness.

Whats all that ‘bot bot’ mean ? Lol
Shoutbow is just as easy as Medi-guard or D/D ele in all honesty. I guess the guy forgot to include that or is too stupid to include d/d ele and medi guard.

Same simple stupid rotations. You play like a robot, doing the same thing over and over with no other purpose…

Shhhhh All the pro teams will hear you bagging on their builds.

Harsh….. if op is new I doubt he would be able to play dd ele and he would probably melt as a medi guard. Warrior is pretty forgiving for a new player.
S P E E D Starr #0 Necro NA or
I Am NeXeD awful d/D ele NA
You guys are silly! Obviously Ranger is the easiest class to play! Followed by Turret Engineer! And then Warrior! And then Necromancer!
Wahoo! Bye frands!

Pew pew. Power ranger. There is a high skill cap, to be sure, but it’s very easy to pick up. Especially if you’re just learning PvP, you can still provide adequate support damage in team fights just by sitting farther away and shooting.
Of course, considering the build rips like wet paper if anyone so much as glances sideways at you, if you lack PvP skills you might get trashed in 1v1s until you get better.
Which class would you guys say is the easiest, noob proof class to PvP Arena’s on?
Power Ranger is easier to pick up. You will feel good playing it because you die a lot in lower level pvp. As you get higher quality matches…it will get more difficult. At the highest level of pvp, it’s one of the hardest to play in my opinion.

Medi guard game play breakdown for new players
.. In trouble?Press the six key…
In trouble again? Press the 7 key…
Still in trouble? Press the 8 key….
REALLY IN TROUBLE?! Press the 9 key…
In so much trouble you need an “Oh S**t” button?! Press 0…. Profit?
Well I made a warrior hammer/bow and trying it out in pvp I must say it is much harder then my hunter. You have to aim your skill shots like “Leap” and all that… Plus you have to chase ranged classes
engineer is the easiest class
warrior sucks if ppl know how to play vs it
It’s Revenant.
Warlord Sikari (80 Scrapper)
Ranger easiest class in terms of being effective because all you do is DPS at long range.
I’m not coming back, not that you care.
Is Medi Guardian easy? Like as easy as ranger/ warrior.
Necro.
Just pop in lich form right away and watch people drop and bow to your knees.
Playing a necro is just as easy as it is to own any country.
Just drop a big ol atom bomb, the people either run or get owned.
Necro same deal, pop lich form, people get owned or they run away.
0 skill required, all u do is pop lich form and that’s that.

It’s fairly simple, you just have to manage your CDs properly. A lot of people just blow all their CDs and it’ll put you at huge disadvantage.
Heavens Rage
Shoutbow is just as easy as Medi-guard or D/D ele in all honesty. I guess the guy forgot to include that or is too stupid to include d/d ele and medi guard.
Medi-guard is not easy though. Without proper use of your active defenses , you’ll melt down within seconds, unlike shoutbow.

So a nub like me would have no chance with guard, I tried warrior and that was pretty hard to catch ranged classes.
Ok yea guard is weak and hard, died in 2 hits with 21k hp and popped all my heals.
Every spec that isn’t glass cannon melee is easy(dps guardian doesn’t count as glass cannon). Tankier specs are always the most forgiving and easiest. celestial, warrior, bunker(useless though), etc.
Pretty much everything is easy in this game, honestly. Tankier specs are generally easier though because you have more room or error.

-Ranger is easy no matter what build you play, They just happened to be “not viable” even though dankening is going to PAX EAST with one.
-Guard is easy no matter what build you play, the just happened to be not viable.
-Warrior shoutbow is easy but people fail at any other Warrior build that isn’t shoutbow even though they think “Warrior is an easy class.”
-Mesmer is easy if Shatter, you bait dodges with phantasm you land mirror images and instant cast shatter after. They just happened to be “not viable” even though dankening is going to PAX EAST with one.
-D/D Ele is easy because perma-vigor, almost perma-protection, high mobility, high sustain.
-Necro is easy if you understand how easy it is to count dodges and land instant cast CC as you DPS while having the best effective HP in the game if played right.
-Turret Engi is easy, but everything else can be a little kittenallenging against competitive players.
-S/D Thief is easy cause evade spamming isn’t hard, but still less braindead than Guard or Ranger because they don’t get any protection.

This is pretty close to how I’d put it tbh.
Mellowpuff [Champion Hunter]
If mesmer is so hard why do I find it so easy to play, I am actually more comfortable playing mesmer then my hunter it feels more easy.
What’s a hunter?
Longbow Ranger doesn’t require a brain to play and do well with. Yea you die if you are focused, like every single other glass cannon class. Shocking.

Honestly, from the current ‘meta’ builds, I’d say that only Mesmer, Thief and Necro take a certain amount of skill to not be a burden to your team. Any other class/build is pretty much straightforward/forgiving enough to make up for mistakes.
Turret Eng is probably the easiest carry build in GW2, we’ve ever had.

Agree nicely said. It comes down to which class is more of a burden to the team. Mesmer is not easy to command in a team setting. But if all you’re looking to do is a be a hot join hero and take on people 1v1 then it’ll work for you.
Thief actually isn’t that bad, so long as you have a competent team. Same as Necro.
A power Necro can be pretty brutal against the opposing team.
