How about fixing the necro ai where our minions stand 600 feet away from us and do nothing while we fight?

Or is this another issue that will never be fixed?

Whats the problem with “AI specs”?
“AI specs” have -active- abilities on their AI minions (e.g. turrets), it’s all about balancing between -passive- and -active- aspects of “AI specs”.

how about fixing these rest of the bugs first? i know for sure ranger and engi still have a lot left.

its not a buff, theres no reason the ai should be non existent. every class has a lot of bugs, none quite like this.

They said they were going to fix this over 2 years ago.

The only thing I’ve been able to do to combat my own ai is to run toward them when they are afk, sometimes having to do it multiple times before they return to their keyboards and continue playing.

If they fix Necro’s minions, then they better go ahead and fix Spirit Weapons on Guardian too… they’re not going to hear the end of it on the Guardian forums. Just saiyan.

It’s not about buffing. It’s about fixing what’s basically a gamebreaking bug. A valid comparison would be if you were to use Berserker Stance or Endure Pain and the skills simply won’t activate or activates after a 30 seconds delay. I’m all for nerfing Minions if they turn out to be too strong when they actually work as intended. But they currently do not. Leaving it at that is not acceptable, even though Anet seems to think so.

Well keep your hopes up, they fixed “Hold the line” shout for guardians after 3 years so wait for another year and fix may come xD
