It’s kinda neat that tourny spvp has its own lil microcosm much like dungeon speed clearing does. Idk who either of those teams? are but gl to both.

I mean, you’d know the teams playing if you actually watched any of the streams. You can’t expect to know the top DotA teams if you never watch them play or talk with people who do. If you asked me who the top hockey teams were in the US, I’d be hard pressed to name a team other than my home town Capitals.

Outplayed’s comp requires higher level of coordination than Apex’s. It’s evident in the scrim vods where Outplayed outplayed Apex.

- Tanky comp < Coordinate burst
- A lot of interesting builds when there is no thief
- If you have no burst on your team, especially thief, there is NO pressure on squishy burst of the other team.
- Get your rotations right, and you can win even without winning all your fights

For a bit of a back story in regard to this, we were testing things all day long to make sure it was working correctly but less than 2 hours before went live the box that was doing the actual encoding died. As in wouldn’t even post kind of dead. So we had to dissect another machine for parts to fix it and we didn’t get it operational again until right before we went live. Then all of a sudden we were having the issues you described.

We will definitely make sure all these issues are ironed out for future events. =) This even was great for us to identify kinks.
