Its hard watch on anythink where you dont see what half of player doing, because they play Asura. It very hard to read animations from that small think and it gives big advantage to players which play Asura.

Remove Asura or change model to human in PvP for other player and spectators. It will help PvP alot.

Keep the models, just make them Norn sized.

They would have to look more towards a model change then removing, to much of their population base plays Asura as their main characters and unless they give them a character slot just to play the tourney they would then be restricting players from access at all to tourneys.

I know myself have been an Asuran player for ages and when I first picked them I didn’t do it for the animations, I did it because they looked cute and grew on me after playing my ele. So when it comes down to it, yes watching an asura when streamed can be a bit hard, and friendly tornaments not hosted by ANet can be looked at for not having them, but stuff like ToL it would drive more population away. I thankfully have a key-runner slot so I am a bit less effected by it then most, but not everyone has 13 character slots.

Though I would love them making the basic model you can down-grade to in WvW have all the classes animations and make that a basic model for PvP. It would fix so many of the players complaints as it would allow them to use the basic model and see everything equally.

They just need to upscale asura models in spvp.

The technology for this exists as it was used in Super Adventure Box.

It’s also in the Box O’ Fun items and a few other places in the game, like Elli’s hologram in the main story.

I would assume, for the sake of a competitive future, it is on Arenanet’s to-do list.

View every enemy team model as human should be an option. Also it should be an option in spectator mode.
