Why I have no Ranger Signets passive in sPvP?

All those bugs have been present since headstart a year ago.
Like the canine bug you posted in the other thread, Spirits have the same issue too; sometimes, when they are spawned, and a skill is activated, they raise their arm to cast and suddenly stop… putting the skill on full cooldown without actually triggering the skill. I reported it on bug forums, got a dev response saying “It’s in the list,” and lo and behold it’s not addressed in any of the 5 patches post.
TLDR: Expect more nerfs to Rangers and the devs being blissfully ignorant of the professions’ glaring issues of bugs that have existed since day 1.

Thank you for your explanation. Now I know that they don’t really care about rangers.
They only care about Black Lion/Gem Store and Living Story.
I dunno but it’s kittening annoying, I want to mess around with non-spirit builds (which normally means signets) in hotjoins but nooooooo you have to blow all your signet cooldowns just to get the passives, making you useless for a minute or two.

When entering to Spvp room (already started/ hot join), the signets do not provide their passive effects. Even I am in combat, died and res.I don’t want to change my skills then change it back to get my passive.

I’m pretty sure we are so OP that we don’t need silly things like signets. Def a l2p issue.

Been reported for the longest time now, but you know….“When it’s ready”
Now if this were a pve bug, then it would have been fixed in hours. Take a look at the release notes. See how many bugs came out of the last update and have been fixed. Now see how many of those apply to pve.
You know what’s funny?
The pve forums complain about the game being balanced around spvp and the spvp forums complain that PVE gets all the love.
I think it’s safe to say no part of the game is more special than the other, unless you count the LS which is the life blood supposedly.

The only bug I find more annoying is when you remain immob after immob has been cleared.
A way to fix this by yourself: a signet passive works if its icon is showing in the cast bar.
If it doesn’t, activate the signet. Once it’s off cooldown, it will work.

Cast signet > Cancel, (wait 3 seconds) there you go, you have your passive signet again.

This is also a long known bug in PvP too, lol!
An exploit is going to fix, but a bug won’t.
fyi this is all signets for all professions, not just ranger. Most annoying bug and been around forever.
