Read the thread man. It is ridiculous that the game decides whether I win or lose before I even join the match. I also think its ridiculous that even if I am bad, that means I am never allowed to win a match again.

Ima just go backed to unranked. The league is a joke

Just do what I do

WIN

Out of 56 games you had 6 losses one desertion and 49 wins, which is incredible, kudos to you. (i am not sarcastic here)
Out of 49 wins, 32 are games you won with a lead of 250 points or more, which is the best statement anyone could ever make that the matchmaking system is completely non functional.

Wouldnt you, as a player be happier if your opponents were not complete muppets either?

I am not suggesting that you got carried by your MMR or teammates, but if this is solo queue, its pretty obvious that most of those matches were decided by vastly inferior oponents, rather than player skill.

Oh, it was totally apparent to me, especially through Amber, Emerald, and Sapphire, that the opponents I was facing were vastly inferior. Not just to me, but vs my entire soloQ teams. Wins came easy, which was enjoyable. Blowouts werent so bad as they were also over very quickly. Overall I had a really enjoyable time as I could see I was being matched with players who not only knew their class, builds, and basics of Conquest, but could also communicate and follow instructions out of the gate.

Later, in Ruby, the matches got closer in points, though the victories were still pretty much ensured. The few times I lost there were clear and apparent under performers on the team, usually being countered by stronger classes/builds/comps. While the individual skill of the enemy players was more engaging for me, inevitably I see little difference between those Ruby matches overall vs the other ones. A win’s a win.

The truly unpleasant experience was those few times I had poor players on my team. Those matches stuck out like sore thumbs. Generally anything labeled with “Defeat” :p

Play unranked. Honestly, if people can’t win a 1v1, then they shouldn’t be playing ranked. If you are in a tier be prepared to go against anyone in that tier.

Where it currently stands. So 4 consecutive wins to diamond? It’s unlikely I’ll play anymore. I’m not to fussed about the climb, or playing the game anymore. This was a casual experiment for me :)
