ANET, we told you this was going to be an issue at the beginning of the season. Why haven’t you figured it out yet?

At the very least, actually do something when they are reported for botting. The players can’t build the game for you. Get to work.

“This would be abusable” is the response you will get. I think if a player gets punished for the reports you send in there should be some kind of reward, but “This would be abusable” will come up again there. These things will never happen because of the possibility of abuse.

Huh? That makes no sense. What’s the point of submitting anything if no one from ANET is looking at it. I’m not saying it should be automatic, but if a player receives multiple bot reports, ANET should look into it. They have the ability to tell what is happening.
