Of 30 seconds lol. That is so terrible that it makes zero sense. It isnt even strong. The icd should be 0. Who can spam signets? Nobody. Is aegis that good? Not really.

And why then does rune of the solider not have an icd.

Jokes aside, Signet Mesmer has had potential and will probably be broken when the patch hits. At least according to Countless :x

He has a point though. Runes of resistance are underwhelming. Many rune sets are terrible and never used.

If Developers just buffed these terrible sets to an okay playable state, i think it would add a ton of diversity to the game. This has been on my wish list for so long. Just take one hour and go through the runes and make appropriate changes, THX!.

Come on…Ok for E.g

Im gonna run with Mace/Shield – Sword/Sword .

Block on mace 2 with a 10 sec icd ,
3 sec Block on shield with a 30 sec icd
2¼ Block on sword offhand with 15 sec icd

Just for these runes i will run 5 signets Meaning i can have 1 extra block on every signet use,which will be 5 extra blocks ( without the icd it currently has )..Not counting my weap blocks either.Eventhough 5 signet builds are pretty much pointless,you must see there’s something wrong if you’d run something like this,since signets can be traited for lower icd aswell.
