Why is there no Ranger npc in the HotM?

I mean the ranger npc you can kill at The Fallen Halls of Glory

if they put a Ranger npc in and going by what they use Ai wise + the npcs copy the most usless meta builds for those Npcs none of them even attack back really .
no ranger npc is ether they can;t be bothered to add all the pathing for the AI algarithum for the pet _+ ranger and then having to edit them to get both to work in synergy is much harder than just coding a chain of attacks , so i guess it is that, not the latter because they just thought to remove it.
they most likely removed it because the AI was too hard to code for Dummy use which lead to the NPC being melted by anything that looked at it , too much code to load too many paths to relay to the npc just leaves it standing there dumb found.
really hope with the New AI dev , we will see the Ranger Npc return unbugged.
