Will we see spirit watch in tournaments?

I hope so, I dont want it to be another temple of the silent storm that was ignored for some months and became an useless update.

Even if the new map is not 100% balanced I think gw2 does need fresh maps for tournaments and competitive play.

Could any dev answer this?

This probably wont be able to be answered yet mate.
They will want to see the map in pratice for a little bit, and assuming it doesnt have any glaring problems (like crapicorn) then maybe it will become tourny.

But, i mean i think tourny is the ambition for this map, they will just want to make sure it doesnt have any glaring balance issues , or is to favorable for certain class comps. So it might get tweaked b4 going into tournies. Or maybe they will just try it out in tournies for a few days to test it.
