I check my game history while after posting video and no game haven’t appear there.

I had the same issue last night. Been over 12 hours and still nothing. I highly doubt its a latency issue after that long of a wait. lol

This isn’t a latency issue. Can’t be. It’s been an entire day and the pip still isn’t showing up in my League UI. The match I played isn’t on my game history, either. When will we get our pips?

Yay another one! Thanks it was my come back match too. so not only didn’t I get a pip I didn’t get 2 pips. It’s not showing up in my match log. this is the second time it’s happened, and for the record the other team had a quitter.

Just happened here. Got a victory on Foefire with no pip and it doesn’t show up in my match history, either. I’d cry, but I’m out of tears at this point. But maybe I can make some sniffling noises.

Edit: Good news is that my next match was a loss, and I definitely lost a pip. So system working as intended.

Just won a match and got no reward, match doesn’t even show in match history. Only thing off about the game was the enemy had a dc. This happen to anyone else?

This just happened to me as well. Won the game and it doesn’t even show as I played it, no history.

This happened to me as well and it’s really frustrating. I was supposed to get 2 pips for keeping my streak going, but I didn’t. This happened to at least two of my teammates as well.

This just happened to me. 3rd game in winstreak 1 from tier. Next game I got the bonus. I remember this happening once last season too.

It’s happened to me 3 times. Not heard a thing from support after sending an in game bug report.

I just won a stronghold ranked match, and didn’t win a pip. Can anyone explain to me why this would happen?

My team didnt have any DC’s on it. It’s possible the other team did, but why should I get punished for the other team rage quitting?

It was definitely ranked and we annihilated the other team (killed their lord and we had 2 gates still up). The rest of my team didn’t get pips either.

Please make a screenshot of the winning screen showing that you didn’t receive a pip for winning (to see the text what it is saying regarding the pips) and a second screen outside the game from your current league position (to make sure, that it was not just a display error ingame.

This also happened to me last night. After winning the match the game failed to register the win and the pip.

This has happened to quite a few players, there was a merged thread about it at one point. The game will not show up in your game log. So there is no proof that ANet can see. And I can’t see them buying a screen shot.

But if you have video evidence then maybe you’ll get a response.

So threads got merged, but no answer from Anet?!

Also won a game today but didn’t revolve a pip. Talked to a devs in game, she said they were looking into it.

This issue seems to be increasing, do you have any more comments? I will not be pvping until this is settled one way or the other.

My win would’ve got me to sapphire, but of course every game after that was impossible, so no im back to 1 pip in tier 5 of emerald.
48+hours, some how I dont think it’s a latency issue!

Ranked match play with my team and win and no pipe and no history record and no win streak and play with my team again score 140-120 and my teammate dc and we loose pipe. No pipe and loose pipe?

same thing had a match yesterday we won no pip for the whole team and not loss pip for the losing team.

Can confirm same bug last night. After I had 4 losses in a row in soloQ, we finally turned around a Conquest game we were losing badly most of the match. To tell you how bad it was, my computer hard froze and it took easily 3 minutes to get back into the game after a reboot. When I came back I was still 2nd highest score on my team! (Other team was way ahead of us.)

While my team was defending Lord, I killed a Thief over a champion spawn, spawned champion & doorbreakers, ran to enemy inner which was undefended, and took down their door. At this point, the one other highest score player (Necro) realized our chance, and came to help me after wiping their team at our Lord.

Us two plus Champ took their lord and won the game with only seconds left on the timer, and their team beating on our Lord again as well. It was one of the coolest games I’ve had, period.

So what do I get for this amazing win against all the odds!? Nothing. No pip. I too figured it might be lag and logged out for the night. Logged in today, and still no pip and the game is still not showing in my history.

Bugs like this are especially frustrating when you’re already trying to get out of that amber rank soloQ, constantly getting teamed with scrubs facing far superior enemies. Easily means 3-4 more games I have to play to re-earn that bugged pip.

They probably have no idea why it’s happening or how to fix it, I wouldn’t hold our breath on getting the missing pips. I’m also can’t believe this has not been moved to the bug forum……..

Guess no one cares but us players.

And for the record ANet, you owe me 6 pips. And another 6 on top as interest. I think by the time we get an answer on this they’ll owe me enough pips to take me to legendary, and the top of the leaderboard.

I have a question about why, as the team that had the dcing player, we didn’t get a pip for wining 4v5? I agree with the not losing a pip if there’s a dc on your team but the match was still played out and we fought really hard and won. Should have got us 3 pips imo =P

So will those affected get their pips that they missed out on?

Was this fix part of Update – March 09, 2016 (“fixed server crashes.”) or an hidden patch? Or just server side and not in the Game updates list at all? I don’t know how many players were hit by this bug, maybe/probably not a lot, but it would be nice if bug fixes like this are visible outside one forum thread. So all players are informed and not the few that happen to see it by accident!

Bugged match again, we win, 0 dc, and we dont get pips (enemy dont lose theirs)
We are all stucked into the match, enemy team too. We cant leave the match

Did also just experience a map (Forest) bugging out followed by not gaining a pip for a rightful win. I’m playing in EU on Far Shiverpeaks.
