I’ve been posting this on the Bug and Thief forums for months now, to no avail.

The thief heal “Withdraw” still doesn’t have the 10% increased base coefficient that was part of the June 23rd patch notes.

Please do not move this to the thief or bug sub-forums; this bug primarily affects PvP, where HPS is most important; It has also been ignored in those subforums for months.

The patch notes was incorrect. The current state is what the devs had in mind.

Start providing valuable feedback, how they should improve the thief and stomp bringing that old stuff to the table.

The FACT is, that the plan to adjust the healing was from an old balance preview, which NEVER got realized that way, BUT got improved multiple times. Followed by a big revision with HoT. If they would have wanted to implement that, they would have by now OR it would have been mentioned as planned / bugged.

So that is why ranger pet names, engi toolkit pull bugs are still there. If they wanted to fix it, they would. Hot diggity! Everything is clear now!
