Hi, I’m having an issue where I can’t queue ranked with a partner, it only lets me solo queue. I was having this issue last season too but I just brushed it off as there were a bunch of PvP updates and the servers were crashing.

I can think of 3 possible reasons.

1) You or your friend are currently dishonored.
2) One of you haven’t met the PvP Rank requirement of rank 20 for participating in ranked matches.
3) You’re in a group with someone from another region (NA vs EU).

TIL you can group with people across NA and EU.

Hi Ben,
I’m already aware of those 3 possibilities, which was not the case which is why I made a post about it.

In any case, the issue was resolved by both of us trying to queue solo then quit queue and tried again and that seemed to make it work.

I’m also having some other technical issues with the game which is affecting me in every game mode and I’m unable to connect to the support page.
