Would it be OP? (About Quickness)
It is hard to say . The problem is that Anet want that all classes can play any role. If so, then Necro need quickness, but on other hand it is same as you give Thief/Mesmer the same life steal from necro. The idea to give this kind of Quikness to GlassCannon Necro is good, but it will make in Bunker necro bit too stronge.
If they wanted all classes to play any role then everyone would be on the level of the Elementalist.
Speaking of which, I just had to fight a team that was using nothing but meta builds (Guardian Bunker, D/P Thief, D/D Elementalist, Trap Ranger, HGH Engineer) and it was utterly complete hell.
I want engineer rifle skill 4 not to knock me back(only the enemy) and having it 0 cd. Would it be OP?
Meta Build’s without teamwork is nothing, but still i understand you, i wish that they balance the game faster.
I dont think they would need quickness if some of their cast times are reduced like Focus 5 but arenanet hasn’t said they would or would not do that so I just wanted to bring up the idea.
What about the removal of the negative effect though?
It would be deep in the power or precision trait trees rather than in any of the defense ones

Engineer is pretty good at the moment, so dont think they shout buff it anymore .

If you’re knocked back as well, there’s a larger gap between you and your target.

Quickness was nerfed for a reason, and that reason wasn’t forcing everyone to spend 20 points in a trait line
