This would open up more hybrid builds from all classes, and is reasonably balanced from WvWvW/SPVP, since naturally you have less stats in one.
This would also give “Power/Healing Power” hybrid rangers a little more edge as well, something they need. (We need to see more non-spirit rangers.")
I also want to add, that I believe traits like this will be better for the game, because it scales better with time as well as gear. This is what makes hybrid-ing fun.

In-fact, the more that I think about it.
It helps solve the issues that the classes have. For example Guardians have low critical chance, now if they hybrid they get more critical chance, ect ect. Just an example, it builds more roles for each class without getting to far because of the stat system is the way it is.
