I am so godkitten kittened.

Why is there nothing saying that the “League Profession – Champion” achievements don’t count towards the “Path of the Ascension” achievement? I went from ~65% win ratio to probably under 50% and went from halfway through Gold 2 to almost Silver 3 because I kept trying to get 7 wins with professions I can’t even play, and now I realise it doesn’t count towards that achievement.

Just… Why?! Why is it even there if it’s not being counted?! God kittening kitten.

Yes, but then I did a 4th one to try to skip the time gated achievement. I lost so many godkitten games. Oh God, I won like 1 game every 4 matches.

I see it on the wiki now that it says they count towards another achievement. But… Why is it together with all the others?!

That’s because it does so indirectly. The profession achievements count toward The League Elite achievement which YOU DO NEED for Path of the Ascension.

If you click on the meta achievement, it tells you exactly what you need in order to complete it, so this is mostly on you not paying attention.

If you didn’t complete Year of the Ascention I you can’t do Year of the Ascention II achievements and so on with III and IV.

If you didn’t complete Year of the Ascention I you can’t do Year of the Ascention II achievements and so on with III and IV.

That’s not really helpful as he’s alrdy on the 3rd/4th tab. Can’t remember which one was Champion.

It’s been established as a norm that not all achievements in a given tab progress the meta achievement, such as not all A Crack in the Ice achis progress the meta there either. Oh well, atleast now you know to look for this in the future.
