why am i getting level 0 minor runes tons of them when im 80 and so much luck i have to constantly delete some bags bank over flowing with them .please tell me this is a bug

Working as intended, There is a ton of junk in this game. I guess its that way so you buy extra slots. With the green sigils I just vendor them. It gets quite easy just work it to where all your junk sigils will be clickable one after the other in quick succession.

I would venture to guess that it is has something to do with the economy. Lower runes and sigils drop at a higher rate making them easier to get for lower level characters. High supply and all.
