Actually it’s quite common to do a major balance change right before a major tournament.

Well, there are some top teams with 3-4 celestial specs on each, any nerf to that amulet or might stacking could drastically affect them.

IMO, expect a balance patch in Feb or March 2015.

remember that pax where they apparently didn’t want to do a balance patch so it didn’t mess up teams and we went for ages without a balance patch well yea good luck getting that shave.
