i think there is not enough chill in pvp, at the moment, only a few professions can spam it real good. i think we should let more professions be able to apply chill, via weapon sigils.

30% Chance on Hit: Inflict Chill (2 Seconds)
(Cooldown: 10 Seconds)

^ currently we have

what if, we revise it into:

Sigil of Ice
50% Chance on Hit: Inflict Chill (1 Second)
(Cooldown: 5 Seconds)

pros:
- higher chance, 20% more, up from 30%
- lower cool down, 5 seconds lesser, down from 10 seconds

cons:
- lower duration, 1 second instead of 2 seconds

or we could keep it old one as it is, then introduce a new one:

Sigil of Frostbite
50% Chance on Hit: Inflict Chill (1 Second)
(Cooldown: 5 Seconds)

now everyone can chill!

Either one is a nice Reaper buff. Can you say even more Vuln alongside equal (or better) uptime?

Soooo….yeah. I’m betting you were trying to make a comment on Reaper chill power, but this suggestion is actually a decent buff to them.

i enjoy my reaper very much at the moment and have no further comments on them.

i was trying out the sigil of frost on my scrapper and i was wondering if it could be better.
