A standard physical dps rotation takes anywhere between 1-5s to fully execute.

In the olden days a getting hit by a 2s immob from a guard’s scepter typically meant you were gonna get chunked for at least 50% of your health pool in those 2s.

What did we think was gonna happen when we let immobilizes of durations varying from 2-8s stack almost indefinitely? Did we honestly think it was gonna improve the game?

They have no idea what they are doing. The only saving grace is they have even less resources to break the game further…

This was not a PvP change and nobody even considered the PvP effect before it was put in. That is a fact.

Although it rarely happens, getting 20 seconds of immobilize from a venom share thief is almost as bad as lag spikes. Of course, one may say ‘bring condi removal’ as an argument, but it doesn’t justify the cheesiness of stacking immobilize for insane lengths of time.

Still wish your character would turn around to attack like NPCs do <.> at least then it would be bearable.

I bring condi clear! it gets rid of my vulnerability – thank god I’m immob’d for 20 seconds not taking that extra 1% damage, I was worried for a second.

It wouldn’t be so bad if immobilize was moved towards the top of the condi stack and was first to go. It’s really sad when I blow all my cooldowns and can’t get rid of the thing. Immobilize is meant to be a snare, a temporary stop, not an I win condi.
