But what about dd cele ele vs cele druid?

I just haven’t met druid a lot.

Not really sure but I would say the Ele, because Druid staff does not have that much on-point utility in terms of cc and damage. Also less condi removal in most druid builds. Will depend on the build of the Druid probably.

What are we talking about? 1vs1? group contribution in team fights?

Druid would demolish the ele because of the imba pet damage.

Ha Ha, Yes, YES! And DD ele is one of the least mobile classes (especially in combat) so that pet will be landing all it’s attacks! Druid OP! Please make it so all their GM traits are weaker than sigil of leeching!

As a cele druid, When i run into dd eles i find we are an even match now on point. Celestial avatar resets the fight, so if you can interupt it i may go down but ussually i have streangth of the pack

Druid is not yet defined as D/D ele so there are lots of variations but I think it will be very boring fight between 2 sustain builds with no clear winner, eve after several min.

Kind of comparing apples to oranges here. They are to different from each other. If you are asking which is more built like a tank I would still lean d/d ele

D/D ele will win because if it starts to look like druid might be able to compete with them, an anet dev will step in and nerf the druid.

with the right build you can destroy d/d eles in a point.

I believe these two should draw. That being said, d/d ele has somewhat of an advantage as the druid heals have more counterplay imo (you can CC them easier). Still, if someone makes a significant error the other can win the fight.

It depends condi pressure would easily kill a druid than a DD ele.
