Yeah, I think lower divisions should earn less pips/hour I already made a post on this issue.
It was a design decision that rewards are completely disconnected from League placement….. so there is that
Give it some time. As more people get settled into the proper MMR the queue times for the legendary players should decrease a bit. Besides, the people with lower MMR are more likely to lose more games than a legendary player, which would make their realistic pips/hr lower than that of a legendary player
I think q times will increase actually. Later in the season there will be less hype and less players online.

I disagree with this. I think that the overall community mmr will go up so there will be more players for example above 1800+ than there are now in about a week. The only way the top can go up in this system is if the bottom goes up.

That’s some interesting maths. We hadn’t considered queue time when balancing the legendary pips as it was just kind of icing on the cake. Will see what queue times become after a week or two.
