what is the best class to duo with warrior in pvp and why ?

Can you elaborate a little? What type of warrior are you running or what type of build would said warrior be running :P?

I think the answer you’re looking for is turret engi.

Another warrior, ofc. Or d/d ele. Or cele engi. You can combine solder or cele warriors with anything.

Warrior’s 10s fury and might buffs syncs well for a guardian. Med guards could trait for more damage instead of the extra medi fury procs.

I have a friend who’s a good warrior, and a combination that works well is celestial engineer and GS warrior (or any kind of warrior that deals damage really). If you play shouts, you can additionally compensate for the poor condi cleanse capacities of your partner. Condi bomb/tool engi works fine also, especially in WvW.

Res-bot warrior (banner + mercy runes) + power necro make a pretty good combo. That combo won weekly 2v2 cups a few times.

What kind of role you like to see the warr play ?.He could go full support,shout,he could be a cc tank,dps,res bot ^…might sharing,stunlocker,condikitten,he can play lots of roles but it also depends on your build.

here’s what i would think off the top of my head. haven’t tried all of these though it just seems like should work

if war is a hambow i’d say a shatter mesmer or thief or LB ranger or power necro – someone who can do a big burst when the warrior lands his hammer CCs

if the war is a shoutbow then i’d say a medi guard with hammer is a pretty darn good choice, or a condi fear necro. i say medi guard because good hard CC with the hammer and with the warrior’s shoutheals and fury it allows the guard to trait and play very offensively.

if the war is condi type then I would think condi engi, fearmancer, d/d ele. needs to be someone fairly survivable on their own that also adds their own condi pressure and some CCs.

if the war is glassy then a bunker guard or bunker engi or someone who can give the warrior lots of boons/heals while CC’ing the enemy.
