gesus crist,kittening afk,leavers and idiots losing match on purpose… give at least the team a chance to kick them and pick up some one else even douring the match..that’s would be nice and reduce the qtime by the time report do nothing at all.
the meta it’s not the problem people are. really i lose more maches with these people other that bad matchmaking it’s frustrating..
i fine to lose if we screw up the rotations or they are better then us.. but i can’t stant losing cos people want it. thats simply not fair and community need somethink to manage this.

heres the thing if players are given power to kick someone during the game some will abuse it. also why would someone wants to take someone spot just to see that a team is already losing? that would be a waste of time.

At least he said losing and not loosing. The forums are making progress.

Vote to kick yes, but the player who joins should be unable to lose pips.

ye i was really kittened off.. i know this could be abused from teams in many cases,but a moderate vote kick needed by 4 player and with a timing on the votekick so they can’t abuse all the match would prevent this kind of thing for sure.
and the match making pick up a new guy from hotm who qing. the guy can decide if partecipate or not. if he doesn’t the team on map give forfet so they don’t lose pips if he play and the match end a few minute after he log in he doesn’t lose pips.premade team can’t kick from party due to prevent loss of pips on purpose.
i think there are many ways to help the community to prevent this kind of behavior.
and for sure the guy who’s kicked get disohonor for at least 1h
