Basically kudos to this dude who summed up some of the ele’s problem. (as a joke, the actual problems werent really exposed)

granted, his ele play was terrible as [so was his build, but given he didnt play the other professions any better I think credit is due.

this applies to eles in PvP where as shown in the videos, survavility is completely down the drain unless you go cantrips…

Ele is to hard for him so he wants to changed so its easier for him.
Pro ele tip. Swap attunes before your attacks land so they have a very high chance to crt. Also you can swap attunes when you are casting. I thought i would give you some tips you seem to need them.

you know, i remember watching that skillback before the game was release and think ; “wow, that looks really cool!”

Skill looks awesome still but landing it without lighting flash sure is hard! Jokes aside, i would love to see some buffs to staff though!

I don’t think that’s a good way to show ele’s problems, because the game shouldn’t be balanced around ppl who are playing every class poorly. I don’t care if a poorly played ele performs way worse than a poorly played thief. What I want is for a well-played ele to perform as well as a well-played guardian/thief/whatever. This thread doesn’t really address that issue imo.

But it was amusing watching him click stuff randomly =)

Lol it isnt supposed to be taken seriously, this is just some refreshing videos that kind of humorize a very sad situation for eles. Consider it our way to vent our frustrations

The videos are a bit of a joke, but shows how you can play like a monkey and still succeed with the last 3 classes lol.

Doesn’t show how Ele are poorly designed though, which they are.

So low skill Ele..Still i believe that ppl see the tree and miss the forest with classes like Ele and Mesmers….they have such a huge burst,so much utility skills,mobility and group support.
The only thing that hurts em is the current meta and the conditions that are out of control…Its just that they gave Necros so many conditions not that they taken something from Eles-Mesmers…And if you add the rise of Warriors and the Spirits passive burning created no room for these classes..As soon as Condition dmg is toned down they will be up again,they dont need buff,they need a new meta
