get free/paid tourney tokens?

I haven’t played since they changed this all around. How do you get the salvage materials free and paid tournament tokens now?

I play all the things 80. Pew Pew Pew. Killin joor commanders.
4 Warriors, 3 Rangers, 3 Mesmers, 2 Engineers, 2 Guardians, and Necro, Thf, Ele
-Beastygate Beast Milk, OG BG Veteran Native

get free/paid tourney tokens?

you get them from salvaging rewards(armor/weps) from tournament chest from doing tournaments

So solo join arena would count as a tournament now?

Yes it would, solo and I believe team tourney both award a tournament chest on win.
