Guild Wars 2

I have a very bad connection in pvp (solo arena) so that skills have delay, i cant combo lightning flash well with other skills (burning speed or churning earth) because i dont know when the skills exactly activate and ride the lightning teleports me across the map and back to where i activated it so that im sometimes slower with it than i would be without.
My ping is 220 so i guess thats not the cause.

Is it the anets servers or can i do anything about it?

Could be both servers and ddos. Sometimes I only get lag when going against certain players. When I die I log out change my IP then lag is gone so being ddos’d is a possibility.

Though some times on certain maps I get major lag spikes(not just me). I end up reloging and most of time it clears up.

wow changing my ip really helped. I did not believe that theres such a simple solution to my problem. Thanks!
