Which class currently has the highest single burst skill?
Would it be the warrior rifle F1?

If you mean biggest coefficient from just one hit, proly warr f1 is the one

Probably kill shot with full adrenaline. Impractical to use compared to gun flame though due to long cast time and having to stand still.

Highest realistic burst in PvP right now is Invocation/Devastation Marauder Rev,

Staff 5 into Legend Swap, into weapon swap, into Precision Strike. If you land it perfectly on somebody without damage reduction (good luck finding one though), it’s outright deletion.

By themselves? No, lol. They would need an engi, mes, or thief to stealth them.

However, this is why thieves and revs often pair up to push far and burst. The thief can stealth and then together they can jump a target to bring them down quickly, even if the target has decent defensive cooldowns.

No and rightfully so. This would make warrior able to one-shot people from stealth and from 1.2k range with no danger to the warrior whatsoever.

D/P thief with scolar runes is pretty up there currently with the classic black powder, heartseeker steal backstab combo. Especially if you get an interupt with the steal for a pulmonary impact proc.

It’s up there, but it’s more of an effective burst than a high damage burst.

Gun Flame or Enchanted Daggers/UA burst will deal more damage, but a thief combo is generally less expected and CCs at the same time, which is what makes it so effective.

Revenant burst achieves the same goal as thief burst.

Enchanted daggers, phase transversal, surge of the mists, legend swap, weapon swap, etc…

I think DH Focus 5 + True Shot + Judge Intervention + Smite Condition is up there too.

If we include that, then full medi trapper DH on Zerkers will have huge bursts with 5 traps on point + Trueshot.

That’s not exactly a fair or realistic scenario for what OP is asking :p

This combo doesn’t actually work in practice because the true shot would knock the guy out of range of your shield explosion. Unless you time your teleport and shield explosion before the trueshot lands, but then that makes the burst take place over a long period of time and the target will dodge as soon as you port in, making the trueshot miss.

The only way I can think of that a War can get stealth while alone is the Norn racial skill Snow Leopard skill. I think it’s a 5 sec. stealth. I’ve seen it used maybe once in wvw like about 2yrs ago or so. It totally threw me off thinking they logged out.
