FRAKKING HATE COURTYARD. please remove CY, SW, and that other one. annoying maps.

Or you could just play ranked. Courtyard, spirit watch, and sky hammer are no in ranked play.

Courtyard I could do without myself, its highly situational whether you get a team that can go toe to toe there.

Spirit Watch, Im not sure what everyone is so up in arms about. Ive played it many times and I still think, 2 running the backline while the other 3 fight for the orb is optimal unless the enemy team decides to go full out capping then you adjust to the same strategy as any other map.

The map Im starting to really hate is foefire.

That lord thing is rather ridiculous that you can be dominating the other team and if one or two people push the lord enough times they win.

I dont mind the idea of stronghold because there is no capping involved there so each team is focused on the lord.

Ive found myself many times on Foefire just sitting with the lord now because there are people that that is all they do. Once I figure out that this person is just going to keep going lord no matter what, I sit with the lord.

I’m always part of the minority when it comes to courtyard.

I’d queue unranked, swallow my pride to be teamed up with you plebs just so I get a chance to play courtyard and spirit watch.

Yes and even skyhammer altho it’s not as fun anymore since the lasers are dodge-able now. But my engie would still have a dandy good ol time.

lol. whoever changed the post’s title, dislike just doesn’t suit how I feel about those 3 maps, particularly CY.

I LOVE COURTYARD! Seriously, its my favourite map. Too bad there arent more maps like it in a separate queue. I’m sure people would love it.

There is an ENTIRE queue for people who are too elitist to play the fun maps. What, are you too good to play Courtyard once in a while but not good enough to play Ranked?

I really, really dislike playing Forefire but I still do my best whenever it pops. And unlike Courtyard or Spirit Watch, which rarely get chosen because they are unpopular, I am forced to play Foefire every day for the majority of my time. I have to play three or four Foefire maps for every one map of Spirit Watch or Courtyard. It’s gotten to the point I almost don’t want to queue at all because of how annoying it is to have to play Foefire constantly.

And yet here I am on the forums NOT advocating they remove Foefire from the game. It’s a map in the game and while I don’t like it I don’t want to hold back my team by not doing my best or try to ruin the fun for others who do like it.

Instead of the whole “I HATE IT REMOVE IT CAUSE I SAID SO” mentality, why don’t we have one of the two options purposed before.

1) Queues based on game type
2) Allow an option to select saved builds

Or Both.

As people have suggested already, you can play Ranked if you do not want to see any of those maps. There is nothing to be scared about Ranked unless you really have bible thin skin and are easily offended.
