which classes/builds do you think would shine and fade away?

Thought about if they added this feature…how much it’d change the complexity of the game.

2v2, 3v3, 5v5

More supports builds would shine, and the super bursty builds might fade away. Depends, if you run like triple dps and are all burst. But still depends if that same team plays against a team with, (what we call now) bunkers they won’t do as well.

3v3 => any healer/support + condition elem + condition mesmer.

2v2 = 2 thieves.
3v3 = 3 thieves.
5v5 = 5 thieves.

think about it, 2v2, a pair of thieves instantly steal/backstabbing the same target, it’d be abolutely instant death, no counter.
then its 1v2 and they can easily retreat if he pops a defensive or just CnD backstab him down instantly too.

arenas would bring to light the broken classes.

A lot more builds would become viable

I can imagine 2/3 bunkers just spamming /laugh for 15-30 minutes till the enemy party gets bored hahah

In smaller (deathmatch of course) groups, the viable builds are as big as one can think. There are a LOT of things to synergize with, it can be so much fun. Not to mention that you can play with a friend or two. I was never able to make a team of 5, despite we were 8 friends playing with me. : (

2v2 would be surprisingly fun in this game unlike others. Why? There’s no dedicated healing classes. Every class can dps, cc, and heal effectively to ensure a kill. It would be fast paced quick matches full of PvP goodness.

It would also make sense as it’s way easier finding 1 other player with similar skill and schedule instead of 5.

Arenas would be amazing, it would do away with the stupid bunker builds and probably do away with my beloved glass cannon builds, atleast with certain non stealthy classes, however it would definitely improve pvp preformance, and take real skill to win. Support would be huge and so would timed burst, I for one would love arena.

i hope they implement 2vs2 3vs3 etc in the arena, should be really funny!!
