Really? Delete Deja vu? That would put chrono shield as a 1.5 sec block on a 35 sec CD. How the hell do you think that is balanced vs other class’ abilities to block? And what does “buff power build condi cleanse” even mean? Where do you propose that new condi cleanse comes from so that it doesn’t also buff condi builds?
