I cannot seem to craft it using the recipe given in the wiki.

1 x item token 1 x paid tournament token 1 x arcane sliver 5 x arcane powder

All I get is arcing rifle and kodan rifle. 10 tries already.

I asked other people and they say they got it from the tourny chest but I just haven’t been that lucky.

Why must RNG hate me?

My first Magma Hammer was 150 tokens. This was also back when you had to pay to play tournaments. It’s crappy RNG and you should count yourself lucky that they’re so much easier to get now.
