is it possible to get those 1xx gold shiny dyes from the bazaar by crafting in pvp forge?

cuz pvp has nearly no gold rewards

anyone had the luck to get one of those by crafting or getting in chest?

yes you can. You will get unidentified dye when crafting it, you can’t sell it but once its identified – you may sell them.
