If you get killed by the Lord or the Soldiers/Casters protecting the Lord, and none of the opposing team players hit you, does that count for kill points for the opposing team?

I think it does, although none of the enemy team would gain personal score. It’s the same as jumping off the edge of the map in skyhammer without being tagged,
