what happen? i had the best time in unranked in a long time. it seems try hards and salty players all moved to unranked. i seen players insulting others, rage quitiing, even some whispering me for a 1v1. one guy whisper me and said im a coward bunker necro… im playing corrupt necro build, im literally putting condis on me :P anyways if your one of those people just have fun and dont take unranked so serious. guys like me go there to play to test build and just mindless spamming of skills.

I agree with you.

But since Ranked queue is junk (see you are a legendary who prefer to unrank), then all competitive trash talkers goes where it’s less junk. Into unranked.

Working your MMR will take a while, but it’s worth it. I never see toxic kitten in unranked at mid tier and higher.

Yeah unranked is a much nicer environment once you get past the mmr rebuilding process.

Because many people from ranked are taking this stance with them to unranked sadly.

im not even aware u can raise your mmr in unranked, been playing with guys in ezpz and PZ so im not sure where my mmr range is at? but i do see a lot in my team with legend title and most of them are salty

I would assume there’s an mmr in unranked. It’s just separate from ranked so as you play ranked you slowly deteriorate your unranked mmr. You probably have a decent mmr if you’re playing with esports players.

Unranked shouldn’t ever be taken seriously, I go to unranked to test builds. Do I care if we lose? No. It’s unranked so who cares? No one should.

1. Stop acting like you don’t care if you lose because that’s a lie.
2. Stop pretending that ranked and unranked are a big difference. They are not.
3. If you don’t like toxic people in this world there is only one solution: Open a vein.
4. From al toxic behavior 50% is human nature and 50% is created by Arenanet for making the PvP in this game one giant crap hole. Never forget that.
5. If you really can’t handle it you either could: -Uninstall this game, or, -see point 4.

Be glad Arenanet is going to split some PvP or PvE skills and pray for it to work guys. True true, they are indeed very stupid to not do this 3 years sooner but hey, it’s their game and their money…

1. its not that i dont care its just i care less, if we lose we lose no big deal.
2. there is no BIG difference but there is a difference, unranked has no prerequisite. meaning new players can just hop in and learn to play. if a bunch of salty as players from rank start kitten talking new players it would be bad for pvp community.
3. as a former USNAVY theres nothing u can say to me that will offend me. i have a sailor mouth myself. but did u just tell me to kill myself? LOL
4. most people are trying to be nice everyday that how they be able to sleep at night.
5. 3 years in gw2 pvp ill show you my block list to prove how i deal with toxic players…

When people say they don’t care if they lose in unranked it’s not that they mean they don’t try to win. It just means when they lose it isn’t the end of the world for them. They say “ok” and queue again because in unranked the focus isn’t “you have to win constantly to grind all this achievement stuff and get a huge shiny backpiece” it is actually more about enjoying the game.

I have no idea. I usually try playing classes and builds I dont normally play when i do unranked to practice.
