It been known it was gone last season the aug 9th patch brought it back, you go to where they actually went down and cleave.

According to Season1 or 2 bugs its acceptable. On season1/2 I was keep stuckin and couldnt move in combat and for unstuck i was keep /bow ’ing while fighting. ?t was soo bad.

I have it happen at least once or twice a game and everytime it works to the enemy favor.

I mostly play for the new Free-For-All arena in PvP lobby.

I think it’s not that big of a problem for enemies that are downed because they usually get killed anyway due to the effects of attacks around them but when you have someone who is downed you can not rez them which will sometimes result in your ally going down as an enemy is downed and them getting back up because you can’t rez/protect your downed player :/ happened to me so many times now already and I’m getting sick of it too…

I think it’s not that big of a problem for enemies that are downed because they usually get killed anyway due to the effects of attacks around them but when you have someone who is downed you can not rez them which will sometimes result in your ally going down as an enemy is downed and them getting back up because you can’t rez/protect your downed player :/ happened to me so many times now already and I’m getting sick of it too…

With half the classes having a move-while-downed ability it can pretty well guarantee they don’t get stomped.

*Warriors is on a CD before it can be used so I don’t count it, since by the time it is off CD the War should either be stomped or cleaved to death.

Okay so it was a bit of an exaggeration. Mesmer, thief, ele, kinda with the warrior, even less kinda with certain (unpopular) Druid builds that can self-stealth for brief periods while downed.

Still, that’s 3-4 classes that are basically unstompable with this bug, and an additional 2-3 (necro, ranger, and guard) that, due to how long it takes to find after downed+bugged and having both strong downed-healing and CC, have a decent chance of getting a solo rez off.

Yes, in team fights you should be cleaving if you don’t have an auto-stomp.

This bug is gamebreaking when teams are actually relatively evenly matched. Especially when a single class is immune to this bug due to a self-targeting auto-stomp (function gyro on engi).
