• revert (increase) damage on phantasms in spvp to be balanced around players that can dodge

• increase ranger longbow auto-attack speed, damage coefficient on longbow 4
• reduce burn duration of incendiary powder by 0.5 seconds

• Leg Specialist
• Empowering Might

but anyway – most important is remove skyhammer^^

nightmare runes need a telegraphed windup on proc, but this might take too long to fix

If they revert building momentum to 50% and remove icd to leg specialist, i would love them again
