Maybe at a very slow rate, promoting a defense and possible push back once your most inner door is down. At the moment it’s simply bumrush once the inner gate is down, chip damage the boss and you WILL win the match. This is of course unless the enemy team has a healer to babysit the boss.

Also it should not be possible to heal the boss, get a few guardians or eles close and you get the boss from almost dead to almost full health.
learn to bring a druid!
I can only imagine how annoying a druid will be in that situation :P

Watch that hp go from 10% to 100%

I think healing him should be a valid tactic… if it turns out that druid can heal the lord to full in the time it takes to burst the druid down then maybe make it so he can’t be healed while in combat.

We want don’t want more npc actions/abilities. The focus should always be more on player interactions.
The Warrior turns to the guardian and says, “Did you hear something?”

I don’t think the lord should heal, but I do think the NPC guards (both the lord guards and the inner/outer gate guards) should respawn after a period of time.

No. There are plenty of builds that heals. Shout warriors, Celestial Signet Necro, Bunker Guards, Mesmer has a trait that lets mantra heals, etc.
