(suggestion) Zaishen Reward Track
I like the idea, but I think the chests should be account bound. Just put things in them that can be sold for good money. In the end no ones gonna want titles and rewards that all the pve players can get just by buying the chests off the tp.
Or, just increase the rare/exotic drop rates in the current reward tracks. I made a decent amount of money off of the halloween reward track because of the price of the trick or treat bags and now that its over I’m back to getting a ton of greens and not making any money.

While it’ll lose the prestige by making it tradeable, it’s the best way to make money with the track. IMO you could sell these chests for 3-5 golds each. It’s another thing that you can just farm, so people wouldn’t consider it an indication of anything but time spent anyways.
People went for zaishen rank in gw1, both pve and pvp players.
Finally. Another person who wants to see a Zaishen Chest in GW2. Here I was thinking I was the only one.
assuming you get 1 track done per day that would be 4 boxes, → 5000 days for 20000 finishers. 1000 would be well enough because most of the time you wont do 1 track a day.
those chests have to be untradeable, its a joke if a pvp reward which involves something with a rank is tradeable.

The chests must be tradeable if you want to make a decent profit. Having this rank is a matter of time and gold, in now way an indication of skill (even if it would be account bound) – for something that represents skill/experience devs would have to fix the leaderboards and add rank that can only be earned by winning matches about a given rating, just like gw’s Champion title.
If they can make the zaishen finisher flashy enough, and the drops appealing, the chests will have a nice value in gold. In GW1 an average PvP player earned 1-2 keys a day, while high tier players could easily make 10+. R12 is not for everyone, that’s why it’s even more appealing for some lunatics with a bunch of money who have no idea how to spend it
