necromancer bug fix: we have reviewed all standing necromancer bugs and decided that they are working well. as such tooltips have been updated to more accurately describe ability behavior
new game mode: king of the hill, with varrying map mechanics. this should bring more diversity so people dont have to play capture and hold all of the time…

Ranger pets will now evade whenever the Ranger does.
Mesmers will have Blurred Frenzy moved to Sword #1
Thieves will have Heartseeker moved to Dagger #1 and Sword #1 will also get a carbon copy of backstab out of stealth.
Guardians – Pure of Voice will now convert all conditions to boons
Seriously though, Anet never gives deets on this stuff before it goes live. You’ll just have to wait and see. Everything that gets put out there in AMA’s and such is just too nebulous to read anything into.

- animations with lesser detail (I believe it’s coming soon?);
- trait changes to all traitlines in the game, from 1 to as much as five changes per line;
— improving, reworking or merging underused/ bad traits;
- rating decay in the leaderboard;
- improved matchmaking;
- new pvp map? (Skyhammer)

Thats a lot better if they can do it all within the next month or two.
in this twitch chat from last gw2guru tournier Jon Peters wrote something like end juny will be big balancing patch and a lot traits will change – ele will have atleast 1 change per traitline up to 5 changes in one traitline

-Mesmer clones can now inflict new condition “headache” that makes the opposing player shut down his computer and go outside.

Removing hotjoin, aka custom arenas or whatever and replacing it with a field of test golems running around randomly…minimal difference from actual state but a great improvement for server load. 30 honor points from golem kill so you can farm even more…cheap ranks for everyone!!1!1!!
There are also rumors around about totally removing tpvp cause it’s not casual-friendly enough….golems would replace that too, so pve\wvsw heroes would finally get their pvp titles and go back pve to buy more gems…

Nobody got the king of the hill sarcasm? Really? ok think of it like this:
the current game type has 3 nodes, 4 people rush mid while 1 caps safe then does something else… or joins mid.
king of the hill, would be 4 people cap mid while one person does ‘map specific objective’ or counters other teams…
so there isnt really diversity there, least not much

Necros wil be getting a new condition and an additional skill in DS (perhaps it is even one and the same thing, idk. But unless they’ll actually be changing the other 4 DS skills too (read: yea rite), it’s not exactly a rework).
Animations will supposedly be tuned down only for observer mode.
Necros will get burnig via a trait.
Skyhammer will have a floating cannon and platforms that can fall down.
Splitting soloque is the main priority, and templates for skills/gear/traits are coming for pvp only.

Floating things and plataforms…sounds like a freakin’ jumping puzzle to me, stupid wvsw into pvp now? lol…please…
We want new game modes not useless fancy things and jumping puzzle kitten from pve..

Is this really confirmed?
Btw. Ever played SWtOR? The right-click targetting in GW2 is a Godsend compared to that in SWtOR – it was literally impossible to Target anything with the mouse. AND the tabbing through targets was much worse as in GW2.
In GW2, what I notice is that it’s easy to “grab and drag” the screen when you are trying to klick on sth. so I think a longer time needed until it triggers from “click” to “grab” and some features like being able to press a button to not being able to klick on Teammates and maybe NPC’s of all sorts would be enough.
