It does come from shadowstep mechanisms, which doesnt mean its not intended. And yes, as a thief this can kitten you up more than with other professions, so you need to play around it
You can dodge while dazed, just not while feared, floating, knocked back, knocked down, launched, pulled, sinking, stunned, or taunted.
This happens for all ground based skills. Teleporoting out of wards or rings that apply conditions will still knock you down/inflict a condition on you when you teleport out of the area. One presumes it is intended since it happens with everything.
Shadowsteps are not teleports, it’s more like a very fast movement speed from point A to point B. It follows the ground amd therefore can cross effects like ToF.

Test of Faith should proc once per player. It currently can hit 5k damage if they use it and it hits you then they knock you out and pull you in your dead to unblockable damage. It has allot more damage than the tool tip says. I feel the skill should say 15-20k damage due to its long duration and repeatable procs.
