i have a rather unusual experience just now.

after being fed up with the pip gains up and down, i took out my warrior and bring her for some ranked arena matches. all loses, however, the pips went up.

in the last match, the other team was leading a lot, say 400 – 200

then they stop capping, they let us have sides, 2 cap. then they started zerging in mid and let us kill.

when we scored at least 400, then they ended the match. i got +1 pip for that loses, now i’m at emerald 8/25 again.

they are a 4 man guild group plus 1 pug.
kinda nice of them to let us have 400 team score.

So sad that it has to come to that… League is pretty broken.

but how do you and they knew it will effect this way
i dont think they want you to get pips and not lossing pips

they just want u to go further in the division… to be able to farm pips against u again lel

Not sure what’s so great about this its match manipulation. If this whole system worked correctly it wouldn’t be necessary because the vast majortiy of the matches would be very competitve.

Oh please. You think any of the devs make enough money to buy a yacht?

Ranked = Pips farm

Anet fix that please.
