1200 condition damage
900 power
900 vitality

what if we want a toughness variant ?
say,

PvP Vulture Amulet
1200 condition damage
900 power
900 toughness

or

PvP Meat Amulet
1200 toughness
900 power
900 condition damage

well for the proposed pvp meat amulet, paranoids may think it is similar to dire or mercenary but high toughness without extra vitality means the user will quickly melt under heavy condition pressure while having both 900 power and condition damage means lower than average damage output when compared against other pvp amulets.

Rabid. Toughness is better than vitality if you can cleanse. Power is better than precision. It balances out just fine.

Hybrid Necros’/Warriors’/Rangers’ wetdream. Would be great to have despite being utterly broken in several builds. Thief might actually see some SA play though.
