So today, besides the many trolls in tpvp and afk’ers; I’ve had ranks 20 or more under me. Why? I thought that was fixed.

If you mean on your team, hidden QP rating <> rank. And also the QP rating system is bad. So that’s probably why. (It’s not fixed)
