what is stronger in pvp with celestial amulet ?

The most skilled player..

“Strong” really depends on who is using it, but considering how complete is spec in the current game mode i can say D/D ele would be the best choise for a celestial spec.
Why? If i had to assign a vote to different aspects…..

This is how i personally see it, considering most used meta builds for these 3 classes, being x/sword, Bow for Warrior, d/d ele (x/x/x/6/6), triple kit engi

Engi or Ele. They have access to various elements which profit from celestial more.

Yeahhh… this is just my opinion but i think celestial suits warrior and ele better than engi just because warrior and ele can stand on point with it. Celestial engis don’t stand on point so they give up a full condi amulet for like half the condi damage + some power and more sustain, but the sustain sort of goes to waste because they still rely on counter pressure to maintain the node. So why not just take a condi amulet and have more presence. Idk…. A lot of people would disagree with me but I feel like cele engi is kind of meh in anything but straight up 1v1’s, and even then condi excels in that field.

Engi isn’t overpowered. At least in the hands of an average player they will die alot. The same cannot be said for ele and warrior which are both broken. Two best classes by far imo.

Its better on Axe/sword/bow warrior and ele than engi.

Celestial warrior and ele are tied with engineer behind. A warrior with celestial amulet + a few might stacks can do 8k+ dmg on impale, 5-6k pin down and combustive shot also does quite alot of damage (never really checked the numbers). Thats just conditions, eviscerate still easily top 6k+ as well as the autos from axe will do 1-2k per hit. A celestial warrior pretty much can cheese win 1v1 against most builds, and thats not even mentioning the damage of the shotgun fan of fire and arcing arrows. Any other builds have to dodge 90% of the skills above (which is plain impossible on 99% of the players) or risk getting facerolled instantly

I will also add engi is much more susceptible to conditions and cc than ele or war. Due to those factors its a lot easier to shut an engi down.

Engi are very weak with mobility if you ask me. Only 1 very limited stability and most engie know to avoid elixer build in high end pvp cuse consuming elixer have trolol slow animation activation time. Most expierenced engi seem to pick kits and stun/lock breaker gadgets. Or perhaps turrets? Cant say i like turrets though.

a master celestial ele is god.
engineers can be pretty amazing,
the warrior skill ceiling is too low to compete with those 2 at master levels.

for general pvp by regular players i’d say hambow scrubs are still ridiculously easy to play, so hambow or turret engi for regular people,
ele for one-class 24/7 hardcore “i shall master this profession” people.
