People in game are free to go afk/quit whenever they feel like…because there is no punishment?

I mean 2 matches out of 5 will have afkers, griefers and people who sell matches for gold…no punishment for them..give a me reason why I should take you seriously

Is there even a customer service at all that looks at report tabs?

5 min bans for refusing to play is not enough…we need a whole 24 hr ban from the get go to teach a lesson, harsh lessons no slap on the wrist followed by a candy.

24 hr first leesson, 48 hrs second time you go afk and 1 week ban from pvp for going afk a third time…at the fourth time just give a 1 month ban from pvp

How about bans for all the people filing frivolous reports?

They have access to chat log and they can check if the target of the ban was actually afking on purpose, it’s easy for them to access whisper chat and see if people DC on purpose after payment
