dear sirs and mams,

iam a rank 40 guardian now, played around 1,8k games and won 1,1k in spvp and played 1k tours with 680 won.

after getting rank 40, i spend around 50k glory points in the tiger-skin-gear and got nearly all. ( i bought 30 copper and rest gold chests).
now iam still rank 40, 41 very soon, and i saved up like 65k glory until now, unable to spend them in somehting, that i:

1. dont have already
2. want to have

so here my question, dear pvp’ers:

what do you suggest to do with your superfluous glory? ideas?

There is nothing. I don’t really know why rank points required to rank up scales higher and higher while the glory cost of boxes stays the same every level. You get glory and rank points at the same rate, why are you paying the same amount of glory for a tiger box as you did for rabbit? A rank 40 box should cost like 1000/5000/10000 glory or something. In the current system you just get a ton of excess glory.

Put them in a pot in the morning and watch them grow

There’s gotta be something you’re missing, even if its a lower rank like Deer. I know you get so much glory per rank later on that its wasteful not to spend it.

The issue is that Anet (rightfully so) made a clear distinction that what is done in PVP does not affect PVE and vice versa. So, what could we spend glory points in in PvP? Ranks is not an option. That’s not fair to those that aren’t so lucky.

Personally, I think tickets should be purchasable with glory.

Or Endless Tonics.

Buy converters and brag to everyone about how you cant fit all of your slivers in your bank you have so many. Or was that how we were supposed to get rid of our stacks of dust? I forget.

Gear that you get from pvp should be allowed in pve but scaled to the players level.

You can craft Tournament Tickets or Dyes in the PvP Forge
