at 926 base precision, base crit rate was arounr 4%
then approx every 21 precion after 926 precision gives 1%
base precision is now 1000 but the base crit rate is still 4%
new base crit rate should be 4% + (1000 – 926) / 21 = 7.52 %

WHY THE KITTEN DO YOU BUFF PRECISION TO 1000 WHEN IT IS STILL THE SAME ????
